Architect  Andrew McCoubrie has built the studios entirely himself.  As designer and builder it enables him to provide great attention to detail, resulting in a unique building style.

The north facing studios are designed to maximises winter sun and minimises summer sun. They are highly insulated to assure a comfortable temperature inside all year round. Large windows look across the private balconies to the view.

Once inside, guests are pleasantly surprised by the welcoming interior. The hoop pine plywood walls, outlined  with Jarrah strips, create a warm ambiance. Most of the furniture and cabinets have been designed and built by the owners, creating a individual appearance.
